User Accounts

Approval Workflow
Email pipeline routes each permit to your approvers by email. Turn it off for simple self-service logging — users mark their own work approved, with no approval emails, no manager email, and no override text on the PDF.
Properties
Each property is a separate group. Users only see permits and refrigerant logs for their own property. Admins see all.
Allowed Signup Domains
Users may create their own user-role account only if their email ends in one of these domains. Enter without the "@" symbol, one per line or comma-separated (e.g. mydomain.com). Leave empty to disable self-signup entirely.
